KiwiFX provides trading tools and educational resources for forex traders. This includes a trade journal, performance tracker, economic calendar, forex calculators, AI-powered market analysis, and Expert Advisor (EA) tournament features.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KiwiFX. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your details up to date.
You must not share your account credentials or license keys with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, use automated tools to access the service in ways not intended, or attempt to access other users' data.
You agree not to use KiwiFX to violate any laws or regulations, distribute malware or harmful code, attempt to reverse-engineer our software or APIs, resell or redistribute our services without authorization, harass or harm other users, or transmit false or misleading information.
The AI Analysis feature generates educational commentary based on technical indicators. It is not a trading signal service and should not be treated as one. Always conduct your own research and consider seeking advice from a qualified financial advisor.
If you use Iron Core EA or any EA distributed through KiwiFX, you acknowledge that automated trading carries additional risks including technical failures, connectivity issues, and market gaps. EAs operate based on programmed logic and may produce losses. KiwiFX does not guarantee the performance of any EA.
KiwiFX offers free and paid plans. For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
All content, design, code, and branding on KiwiFX are owned by KiwiFX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
Your use of KiwiFX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. KiwiFX may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiwiFX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to KiwiFX in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of KiwiFX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
